While being a depot of almost everything one can think of, Amazon in Japan is also a storehouse of stories. Tales of business success from parts of provincial Japan, those forever on the fault lines of society for its impaired growth and aging population.
We at MullenLowe Group Japan were commissioned to bring these stories to the fore in the form of short featurettes. This documentary series captures the life of seven business heroes from the Japanese hinterland, enabled by Amazon, rewriting their corporate discourse and positively influencing the community around them.
